Standard Water Heater Replacement
Right now is the best time to buy. Reeves is installing water heaters for as low as $799.99! This is the standard and most common replacement. The unit is a 40 gallon Bradford White 40,000BTU water heater. Price includes limited parts and labor to do the install. Reeves will come to your home and remove and dispose of the old water heater. The new tank will be set in the original location. Water connections will include piping up to 18″ from the hot and cold water connections. Any further piping over 18″ from the hot and cold water connections will be at an additional cost. Venting will be reused unless the venting is not up to code, rotted or corroded. If venting is not up to code, rotted or corroded, than there will be an additional cost to do the repair. Gas connections will be reused unless the gas connection is not up to code, rotted or corroded. If gas connections are not up to code, rotted or corroded, than there will be an additional charge. All permits will be an additional charge. All pricing will be discussed before any work is preformed. All standard water heaters come with a 6 year parts warranty and a 1 year labor warranty. 6 Year Extended Labor Warranty
All of our tanks automatically come with a standard 6 year parts warranty. Here at Reeves we want to give you the option to add a 6 year no questions asked labor warranty for only $199.00 This includes any labor for 6 years to do a repair on a water heater installed by Reeves. All extended labor warranties are nontransferable. Warranty does not cover any piping that Reeves didn’t touch or any existing piping in the home. All warranty items are to be done during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm, Saturday 9am-12pm. warranty work does not include any after hours or holidays. Reeves will always come out 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Pricing on warranty work done after normal business hours will be subject to charged a prorated charge.

Reeves knows sometimes its hard to come up with all of the money in an emergency situation. This is why we offer special financing options. For $89.00/month for 18 months you can get a standard water heater replacement and a 6 year extended labor warranty.
